Rotations and Koalas

I started my first animal on Noah’s Ark last night, the koala bears. I let one of my friend’s little girls choose from the five at the bottom and that is what she picked. I thought it was fitting since the other regular (who missed last night due to training) just came back from Australia. I finished about half of it. I would have gotten more done except I did a big section of the branch they are sitting on and then realized that I was one stitch off… so I had frogs playing with the koalas last night.I’ve figured out my rotation. I’m going to have the ark as my focus and alternate every week. Here is my order:Noah’s Ark
Scent of Old Roses
Noah’s Ark
Rainforest Afghan
Noah’s Ark
Night Flight
Noah’s Ark
Spring ValleyIt should take two months to get through the entire rotation. But since I’ve worked on half of these in the past couple of weeks, I’m altering this very first rotation to get even time on all of them… so next up Scent of Old Roses. Then after the focus I’m going to Spring Valley and then restart the rotation. Then once Noah’s Ark is finished (deadline is May), I’m going to shift the next one on the list into focus position and add a new project at the bottom. And if a project finishes before it hits focus spot, I’ll add a new project at the bottom… Of course I have three or four UFOs that I would like to add in every now and then instead of a new project. I’m thinking I might feel like 2 months is too long for a rotation. In that case I won’t replace anything until I get down to 3 projects.
