Scent of Old Roses

I put away Noah’s Ark and pulled out Scent of Old Roses last night. I got a bit done, but I really wanted to read my book. I’m re-reading Gayle Greeno’s Ghatti’s Tale series. I finished up book 2 last night and I’ll start book 3 tonight.I’m doing good with exercise. I’ve been going to the aerobics class at work on Monday and Thursdays and yoga on Wednesday. This is my third week. Tonight is band yet again… and I have my music with me so I can give you the offical list of what we will be playing at the next concert (either Feb 21 or 22).

Overture for Winds (Charles Carter)
Academic Festival Overture (Johannes Brahms, arr. by V. F. Safronek)
Italian in Algiers (Giacomo Rossini, transcribed by Lucien Calliet)
Cedar Overture (Martin Tousignant) selection to be conducted by Composer
Egmont Overture (Ludwig Van Beethoven, arr. by Theo. Moses-Tobani)
Morning, Noon and Night in Vienna (F. von Suppe, arr. by Henry Fillmore)

And I think a link to the band’s website is in order… You can search all you want, I’m not in the picture. This picture is from last season and was taken before I joined. I’m not even in the list of members!
