So, I called our realtor this morning and he is working up the offer. The only thing that is concerning me is the rate lock. The sellers are building a house in Florida and don’t want to settle until March. No problem for us regarding where we currently are. The only issue I see right now is locking in the rate in case it goes up.

So, if the offer gets accepted (cross all available fingers and toes), guess what we’ll be getting for our anniversary!

In knitting news, I finished up the bag section of my niece’s booga bag (did I already mention that) on Monday and I’m going gung ho on the socks for my aunt. Once I got past the inch of ribbing, it started flying. I’ll probably turn the heel tonight.
