What is the worst thing you have ever done to your hair?

I got this from Annette’s post today. She posted a link to Daydreaming on Paper and that was the random inspiration generator gave me.Well, there was the time in middle school that I cut my own hair. Wasn’t all that bad, but I’m probably lucky that I couldn’t see the back of my head.I used to get perms every now and then when I was younger (elementary and middle school). Well, I finally came to the decision that with a perm my hair looks like an afro.Then there was the hair cut from two years ago. It was the worst cut of my life and almost had me in tears. I picked out a style I like (which was a slightly shaped bob)… and what I got was a short layered haircut. I went back the next day and the manager supported her employee and said that there was nothing wrong. Even asked me what my hair was like when I came in. I think she was going to try to use the excuse of we can’t make layered hair into a layer less bob. But once I said, it was all one length at my shoulders except for my bangs, she dropped that idea and went with the old stand by of people have different hair and yours is different than the girl in the picture. I still maintain that the flick on the right side was because it was cut wrong not because my hair suddenly decided it wanted a curl there.And the worst thing? My work id (with my new married name) was taken the week after the horrible hair cut and now I’m stuck with seeing it every day!
