I was showing Catherine my renn fest costume last night. And in order to get a better idea of what it looks like, I put it on my duct tape double (keep in mind that this double… with a smushed chest because of the taping… is about five years old and represents a twenty pound lighter me).

I made the orginial outfit about five years ago (maybe longer) and just updated the shirt over the weekend. You can see why I really wanted to use the orginal shirt to make the new one. It is the same fabric as the underskirt (and is meant to look like it is one piece).

I’m going to wait until DH has made our leather shoes before getting pictures with us in the outfits (the leather arrived last night).
