I found this on someone’s blog while blogsurfing. I liked it because it is just like the stick figure “Sun Salute” (I prefer “Salutation to the Sun”) that my yoga school has in their booklets each session. The current fall session only has two more classes left. It is hard to believe that Sue and I started yoga a year ago (we started with a winter session). I like the school. Most people are really friendly (there are a bunch of rude people in one of the clases I eventually switched). Maybe one day I’ll be able to wind myself into a pretzel (also called eagle pose ).

Excited weekend planned ahead. I get to see a play, craft as much as I want, and shop for a new house this weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
