Weekend update

I worked on lots of stuff this weekend. I put some time in on DH’s scarf on Friday. I also work on Noah’s Ark and the Gatsby sweater. I also went shopping yesterday. And I did a floss toss for a band sampler round robin that is starting at the end of the month.First up… Progress on Noah’s Ark. There was a stitch-along on the TWBB. So, during the special Valentine’s day cruise (DaLove Boat… since this is noah’s ark what better time!), my ostriches finally showed up and I did part of the sky. I was planning on working on the rabbits also, but I got distracted by a sweater.I didn’t take a picture of my sweater, but I finished the back and started on one of the sleeves. I’m doing one sleeve now instead of waiting till the end to do both. After a couple of mistakes I put it away and went back to the ark sky.Yesterday was a holiday, so of course I went shopping with a friend. The plan was to hit the LNS and LYS that are right next to each other. But the LYS isn’t open on Mondays and I didn’t realize that. So, we only got to the LNS. I bought Laura J. Perin’s Springtime Kimono and most of the specialty floss (they only had one card of the Bravo I needed!) and Frog Leaf by Fine Art Graphics. Then we headed to the Bed, Bath & Beyond and The Container Store. I found a light wedge!I also did a floss toss for the upcoming round robin.
