I finished my swatch!

Since I didn’t have band tonight, first thing I did when I got home (after playing my oboe) was to make my swatch for Gatsby. I didn’t quite get a square. It was supposed to be 4 in square and my swatch is more like 4×5. I’m trying to figure out what to do because the 14 stitches across on the 10 1/2 gave me exactly what I want, but the 19 rows didn’t… But I seem to remember reading that it is really hard to get the same length (is that the correct term) sometimes. So, I might go ahead with it. I took pictures of the swatch under my Ott light to try and get a better picture of the yarn…
