Not much time to write…

But I’m here… Yoga was fun. It is basic but I think it will create a good base to further (or start) my study of yoga. I’ve taken a yoga class at UMd and I took the yoga at the health club. But this is the “real” stuff! It should be fun, especially if the advanced student leaves the basic class or follows the teacher and doesn’t try and do independent study in the front row.Today was more testing and tonight is stitching night! I’m heading off to the work exercise class. It is taught by a brother/sister team and I’m home Ty (the sister part of the team) is there again tonight.
